Financial models for temp use – casestudy, Leeszaal

This is the first case study from research into financial and business models for temporary use projects. The aim of the research is to help inform two groups: municipalities, property owners and urban designers, to help them commission better temporary use projects; and the temporary tenants themselves, to help them set up and run more sustainable projects. This case study looks at a community-run library in the west of Rotterdam, the Netherlands, called the ‘Leeszaal’. More case studies will follow soon.
